HOMEWORK HELP

  • Homework is supervised, checked and corrected before pick-up — not just watched
  • Small groups, so a gap gets caught the same afternoon
  • Quiz and test review built into the week
  • Quiet study rooms and an on-site Reading Center at 950 Roosevelt

DAILY PRACTICE

  • E-PLEX Genius Packets for daily math and ELA practice, levelled by grade

  • Add on to any afterschool schedule

Safe arrivals, safe departures

Dismissal
& Safety

How students are released at the end of the day, and how we keep them safe while they are with us.

From E-Plex01

  • Parents or authorized guardians may collect their child from our afterschool program at the designated dismissal area.
  • Upon arrival, parents should check in with our staff and provide identification if required.
  • Children will be released only to authorized individuals listed on the dismissal list provided by parents during registration.

Safety Routine02

  • One controlled entrance at 950 Roosevelt, with staff at the front desk whenever students are on site.
  • Students stay inside the building between programs — no crossing a parking lot to reach music, art or the gym.
  • Staff are trained in emergency procedures, including evacuation and lockdown protocols.

This is a basic schedule for students who are not enrolled in extracurriculars.
All portions of this schedule are all included in the tuition at no extra fee.
